Photography Exhibit Information "Photographers Among Us -- Inspiration"
PHOTOGRAPHERS AMONG US – INSPIRATION , will be an inaugural exhibit of original inspirational photographs taken by members of the Quilters’ Guild of Brooklyn so that we may share the sources of our inspirations and our accomplishments as photographers and artists. Whether or not a photograph is translated into an actual quilt, the frozen moment in time takes the artist to that special place, captures a particular visual element, or stirs an emotion. Such inspirations nurture the desire to engage in the process of making art. We hope you will take the opportunity to view this special exhibit at the April 2010 QGB Show.
INSPIRATION: the action or power of moving the intellect or emotions.
Challenge Block instructions: utlizing the challenge fabric and fruit or vegetable fabric create a block.
